FAQ's

Shipping Time:

Your order will ship within 3-5 days of your order being placed.

Jewelry Material: 

ALL of our jewelry is made out of aluminum or is gold plated. This allows us to hand stamp onto the metal pieces. 
We do not advise you were our jewelry in the shower or under water.

Shipping Policy:

DNTY Jewelry is not held responsible after a shipment has been scanned into the post office. Any order that has gotten lost, stolen, or broken during shipment, needs to be taken up with your local post office.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final and no refunds are given unless a necklace is misspelled or a customer received the wrong order.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after you have placed it.
